About Milla

I’m a Swedish retail and service professional currently based in Milan.

My experience spans fashion retail, grocery retail and hospitality, giving me a strong understanding of customer service, teamwork and creating positive customer experiences.

I enjoy environments where people, brands and experiences come together. Fashion and retail are areas I’m especially interested in, but I’m equally comfortable in hospitality, events and customer-facing roles.

Working in different service environments has taught me to take responsibility, work efficiently and stay calm and welcoming even when the pace is high.

Now in Milan, I’m looking for an opportunity where I can contribute, learn and become part of a great team.
